These products are widely used in key fields such as construction, machinery manufacturing, power electronics, HVAC, and new energy. We are equipped with advanced dedicated production lines, with core capabilities covering four key areas:

Melting & Casting: We operate large-tonnage vacuum arc furnaces and medium-frequency melting furnaces, which respectively meet the high-purity melting requirements for titanium alloys and the precision casting needs for copper alloys, ensuring source material quality.

Forming & Processing: Our setup includes reversing hot rolling and high-precision cold rolling mills for producing plates and strips, along with continuous extrusion and multi-die drawing production lines for manufacturing tubes, rods, and wires, achieving efficient and precise forming.

Precision Manufacturing: We utilize multi-axis linkage CNC machining centers and turning-milling compound centers. These are optimized for the machining characteristics of titanium and copper, equipped with high-pressure coolant systems for the efficient processing of complex structural components.

Finishing & Treatment: We have automated surface treatment lines (including pickling, polishing, passivation) and vacuum heat treatment furnaces to provide professional post-processing, ensuring product surface quality, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties.

All products receive customized packaging tailored to their specific characteristics and transportation requirements: precision machined parts and plates are wrapped in anti-rust paper and placed in custom foam/wooden crates, tubes and rods are secured with waterproof stretch film and reinforced end protectors, and wires are spooled on reels or coils. Each package is clearly labeled with product identification and safety labels. Leveraging our established international logistics network, we can arrange sea, air, and land freight, offering door-to-port or door-to-door logistics solutions to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
