High Strength

Raw material preparation

The raw materials of titanium are mainly ilmenite ore and palladium titanide. Firstly, the ore needs to be crushed, pulverized and screened to get the ore powder with uniform particle size. Then mix the ore powder with palladium titanization according to a certain ratio to form titanium alloy raw materials.

 

Heat Treatment

The titanium alloy raw material is put into a high-temperature furnace for melting and heat treatment. This step is mainly to make the titanium alloy raw material fully melted, eliminate impurities, and improve the purity and uniformity of the material. In the melting process, you need to control the temperature and oxygen content in the furnace to ensure that the chemical composition of titanium alloy meets the requirements.

 

Forging

The heat-treated titanium alloy block is put into the forging machine for forging processing. Forging is done by heating and pressing the titanium alloy block to make it undergo plastic deformation to change its shape and internal structure. Temperature, pressure and deformation rate need to be controlled during the forging process to ensure that a high quality titanium alloy billet is obtained.

 

Processing

Surface Treatment
