Chromium zirconium copper is known as CuCrZr and CuCr1Zr,meet standard of RWMA CLASS 2.Alloy number is C18150.CuCrZr Chromium zirconium copper is a high copper alloy,containing 0.6-1.2% Cr. It has high strength,corrosion resistance and high electrical and thermal conductivity etc. characteristics.The strength of fully aged chromium zirconium copper is nearly twice that of pure copper and its conductivity remains high at 85% IACS, or 85% that of pure copper. CuCrZr has excellent cold formability and good hot workability.It is used in applications such as resistance welding electrodes,cap tips for spot welding,electrode adapters,gun arms,projection welding electrodes,seam welding wheels,contact tips for MIG/MAG welding.
