Bendable Copper Pipe
The purpose of copper pipe bending is to adapt to the installation needs of different locations. In the installation of air conditioning, the copper pipe needs to be connected to the indoor unit and outdoor unit, their positions are often not in the same straight line, which requires bending the copper pipe to realize the connection.
Thick-walled Copper Pipe
Bendable copper tubing is often given a surface treatment to increase its corrosion resistance, improve its appearance, or provide more functionality. This ensures a clean surface for subsequent processing and helps prevent contamination or damage during the bending process. Annealing is also required to restore its ductility and flexibility after bending. Annealing involves heating the copper tube to a specific temperature and then slowly cooling it. This process helps release stresses and makes the copper tube more ductile for further bending or installation. It can also be coated or plated with various materials to enhance its corrosion resistance or to provide a decorative finish.
