What is C12200 copper?

 

C12200 copper, also known as Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper (Cu-DHP), is a high-purity copper alloy containing a small amount of phosphorus to remove oxygen during the manufacturing process. This deoxidization significantly improves the material's weldability and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and formability.
