C51000 Bronze Plate
C51000 Bronze sheet is a Phosphor Bronze alloy containing 5% tin, also known as 5% tin bronze. It has high strength, good corrosion resistance and machinability. It is commonly used in the manufacture of electrical and electronic components, printing machine parts, Marine equipment, automobile engine parts, springs, etc.
The chemical composition of the C51000 bronze sheet consists of approximately 94 percent copper, 5 percent tin and a small amount of phosphorus. It has a density of 8.9 g/cc, a melting point of 954°C, tensile strength between 600-900MPa, yield strength between 250-550MPa, and elongation between 10-20%. C51000 bronze sheets can be heat treated, including annealing, aging and strengthening annealing, to improve their mechanical properties. In addition, it can also be cold and hot processing, such as forging, rolling, stretching and so on. The surface of the C51000 bronze sheet can be polished and sandblasted to improve its appearance and texture.
