High-Conductivity C28000 Brass Strip is a copper alloy material with excellent electrical conductivity and workability. The designation C28000 clearly identifies its chemical composition and performance standards.
This brass strip uses copper (Cu) as the primary base element, with copper content typically ranging between 60.5% and 63.5%. It also contains a certain amount of zinc (Zn) along with other trace elements. The precise proportion of these elements gives C28000 brass strip its unique physical and chemical properties.
In terms of electrical conductivity, C28000 brass strip offers high conductivity, typically meeting specified percentages of the IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard). This means it can efficiently conduct electrical current in applications such as power transmission and electronic device connections, thereby reducing energy loss. Its high conductivity makes C28000 brass strip perform exceptionally well in applications requiring high current density or low resistive loss, including power cables, motor windings, and transformer connecting sheets.
Beyond electrical conductivity, C28000 brass strip also exhibits excellent workability. It can be easily cut, punched, bent, and welded, meeting various requirements for complex shapes and dimensions. This machining flexibility allows C28000 brass strip to be efficiently transformed into a wide range of components and assemblies during manufacturing, making it widely applicable in electronics, electrical appliances, telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, and other fields.

In terms of application scenarios, high-conductivity C28000 brass strip is highly favored for its outstanding performance. In the power industry, it is used to manufacture conductor parts of high-voltage cables, ensuring efficient and safe power transmission. In the electronics industry, it serves as a material for connectors and terminals, ensuring stable connections between electronic devices. In the automotive industry, it is used to produce conductive connecting parts for key components such as engines and transmission systems, enhancing vehicle performance and reliability.
Furthermore, high-conductivity C28000 brass strip complies with a series of industry standards and specifications, such as ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards and EN (European Standards). These standards ensure product quality and consistency, providing users with reliable options. When selecting products, users can choose C28000 brass strip that meets the relevant standards based on specific application needs and performance requirements.
During storage and transportation, certain precautions should also be taken for high-conductivity C28000 brass strip. It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases, and contact with moisture, acids, alkalis, and other substances should be avoided to prevent corrosion and deterioration. During transportation, appropriate packaging and securing measures should be implemented to protect the product from damage due to vibration and impact.
Our factory
We operate a modern, specialized copper production facility equipped with advanced continuous casting and rolling lines, precision CNC machining equipment, and a rigorous quality inspection system, focusing on the manufacturing of copper tubes, plates, rods, wires, and strips. The factory is ISO9001 certified and possesses a complete industry chain capability-from raw material smelting and precision processing to finished product sorting. With an annual production capacity of tens of thousands of tons, we can flexibly handle customized orders, ensuring that our products meet international standards in dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and surface finish.

Copper product packaging
We implement customized packaging solutions based on product characteristics: copper tubes and rods are wrapped with moisture-resistant kraft paper, reinforced with bundling, and secured on wooden pallets or iron frame boxes to prevent deformation and damage during transit. Copper plates and strips are covered with protective film, separated by foam padding between layers, and externally secured with steel strapping along with waterproof packaging. Wires are coiled on industrial reels or vacuum-packed with plastic film. All packaging includes clear labels indicating product specifications, batch numbers, and protective symbols, ensuring safe delivery during long-distance sea and land transportation.
