1. Red copper
Also known as copper, copper elemental, because of its rose red, the surface of the formation of oxide film purple, so it is generally called copper. Chinese copper processing materials can be divided into: ordinary copper (T1, T2, T3, T4), oxygen free copper (TU1, TU2 and high purity, vacuum oxygen free copper), deoxidized copper (TUP, TUMn), adding a small amount of alloying elements of special copper (arsenic copper, tellurium copper, silver copper) four categories. Copper has good electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent plasticity, easy hot pressing and cold pressure processing, a large number of used in the manufacture of wire, cable, brush, electric spark special electrical corrosion of copper and other products requiring good electrical conductivity.
2. Brass
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, having a beautiful yellow color. Brass composed of copper and zinc is called ordinary brass, and if it is composed of more than two elements of multiple alloys is called special brass. Brass has a strong wear resistance, often used in the manufacture of valves, water pipes, air conditioning inside and outside the machine connection pipe and radiator.
3. Bronze
Bronze is the earliest alloy in the history of metal smelting, adding tin or lead alloy to pure copper (copper), has special importance and historical significance, the main varieties are tin bronze, aluminum bronze, special bronze (also known as high copper alloy). Compared with pure copper (red copper), bronze has a higher strength and a lower melting point (25% tin smelting bronze, the melting point will drop to 800℃. Pure copper (red copper) melting point is 1083℃). Bronze casting, wear resistance and chemical stability, suitable for casting a variety of appliances, mechanical parts, bearings, gears and so on.
