Copper tube
Copper tubes are divided into two types: copper tubes and brass tubes:
The material grades used to manufacture copper tubes are T2, T3, T4 and TUP, etc., with a high copper content of more than 99.7%;
The material grades used to manufacture brass tubes are H62, H68, etc., which are alloys of zinc and copper. For example, H62 brass tubes have a material composition of 60.5% to 63.5% copper, 39.6% zinc, and other impurities less than 0.5%.

The manufacturing methods of copper tubes are divided into drawing and extrusion:
The outer diameter of drawn copper tubes is φ3 to φ200mm, the outer diameter of extruded copper tubes is φ32 to φ280mm, and the wall thickness is 1.5 to 5mm;
The specification range of copper plate coiled copper tubes is outer diameter φ155 to φ505mm, and the supply methods are single and coiled.
The applicable working temperature of copper tubes is below 250℃, and they are mostly used in oil pipelines, thermal insulation accompanying pipes and air separation oxygen pipelines.
