QAL10-4-4 aluminum bronze, also known as ZCuAl10Fe4Ni4, is an aluminum bronze containing iron and nickel elements. It has stable mechanical properties at high temperatures of 400°C and is a high-strength heat-resistant bronze. Due to the addition of nickel element, it has excellent corrosion resistance and It has good mechanical processing performance, good sliding performance and anti-cavitation performance, and has good friction reduction properties. It has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. It has good pressure processing under hot conditions and can be strengthened by heat treatment. It can be welded, not easy to weld, and has good machinability.
