I. Composition and Organization Characteristics
Chemical composition: The nominal composition of TC11 titanium alloy is Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si, which mainly contains titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), molybdenum (Mo), zirconium (Zr) and silicon (Si). The aluminum content is between 5.5% and 7.0%, the molybdenum content is between 2.8% and 3.8%, the zirconium content is between 0.8% and 2.0%, and the silicon content is between 0.2% and 0.35%.
Organization: TC11 titanium alloy is a typical α+β type titanium alloy with both α and β phases in the microstructure. α phase gives the alloy high strength and heat resistance, while β phase improves the alloy's plasticity and toughness. Characteristics
