QSn6-6-3, 6-6-3 tin bronze and ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 are three different representations of the same kind of tin bronze, and there is no difference between them. QSn6-6-3 is the alloy code, 6-6-3 tin bronze is the alloy brand, and ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 reflects the content of various main elements in cast tin bronze.

ZQSn6-6-3 is a tin bronze alloy with specific chemical composition and physical properties. It contains about 5% to 7% tin (Sn), 5% to 7% zinc (Zn), and 2% to 4% lead (Pb), with the remainder being copper (Cu). This alloy was originally specified in the Chinese standard GB1176-74 "Technical Conditions for Casting Copper Alloys", but was not listed in the subsequent standard GB1176-87.

This alloy is favored for its excellent physical and mechanical properties. It has high tensile strength, good elongation, and excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and casting performance. The addition of lead significantly improves the alloy's processing properties and machinability, allowing it to obtain a smoother surface during machining. Appropriate heat treatments, such as solution treatment and age hardening, can further optimize its mechanical properties and meet higher application standards.

6-6-3 Tin Bronze is widely used in many fields. In the fields of shipbuilding and marine engineering, it is used to manufacture hulls, propellers and other parts exposed to seawater due to its good corrosion resistance and resistance to seawater erosion. In the field of automation and mechanical equipment, it is often used to manufacture bearings, gears, sliding bushings and lubricating parts because of its good wear resistance and self-lubricating properties. In the fields of food processing and medical devices, 6-6-3 tin bronze is also widely used due to its biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. In addition, it also plays an important role in the petrochemical industry, construction and decoration and other fields.
