Copper tubing is well-known to everyone, but its advantages may not be as widely understood. Let's take a closer look at the advantages of copper tubing and its maintenance methods:
Advantages of Copper Tubing:
1. Durable
Copper tubing is hard and can withstand greater pressure and load, making it resistant to damage from external forces. As a result, it is widely used in industrial applications, such as fluid transportation systems in industries like chemicals, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals, particularly in water supply systems.
2. Strong Corrosion Resistance
Copper tubing has excellent corrosion resistance and maintains strong stability even in complex processes.
3. High-temperature and high-pressure resistance
Copper tubing has strong resistance to high temperatures and pressures, making it crucial in HVAC, air conditioning, and industrial equipment. It is the optimal material for water supply piping.

Copper tubing cleaning and maintenance methods:
1. Use a plastic basin, fill it with warm water and dishwashing detergent, then place the copper tubing in the basin and soak it for several hours to soften any impurities inside, making it easier to clean. Use a bent tube cleaner to scrub the inside of the tubing several times, drain the dirty water, replace it with clean water, and repeat the process until it is thoroughly clean.
2. Wrap disinfected gauze around the pipe cleaner and use it to clean the interior of the copper pipe and the inner section of the pipe where the copper tube will be installed. Replace the gauze after each use until it no longer shows any dirt.
3. Apply new copper tube oil, remembering to coat only half of the tube. Once the tube is installed, the oil will naturally spread to the rear half. If more is needed, apply additional oil to avoid excessive waste caused by over-coating the entire tube.
Copper tubes in refrigeration systems
Copper tubes are made from copper through pressing or drawing processes and are the most important raw material in the manufacturing of refrigeration systems. They primarily have two applications:
① Manufacturing heat exchangers, such as commonly used evaporators and condensers, colloquially referred to as "the two units";
② Manufacturing connecting pipes and fittings.
Regardless of the application, copper tubing serves as the pathway for refrigerant, playing a crucial role. This necessitates that air conditioning refrigeration technicians be proficient in the proper use of copper tubing.
The company has a cluster of leading copper processing production lines in China, including:
German imported precision copper tube production line (annual output of 30,000 tons)
Japanese technology copper foil rolling line (thinnest up to 6μm)
Fully automatic copper bar continuous extrusion line
Intelligent copper sheet and strip finishing mill unit
Digitalized control and management of the whole production process is realized through MES system, and the dimensional accuracy of the products can reach ±0.01mm.
