Chinese Client Conducts On-site Visit To GNEE Copper Products Factory

Today, a delegation from a leading domestic HVAC engineering group officially visited GNEE's headquarters and production base. As one of the prominent enterprises in China's refrigeration and HVAC industry, the client aimed to conduct an on-site inspection of the manufacturing processes and quality control systems for TP1 copper tubes. Following the physical production line tour and technical exchanges, both parties formally signed an annual supply agreement for high-quality TP1 copper tubes.

The client team sequentially toured GNEE's dedicated TP1 copper tube production line, testing center, and technical laboratory. From quality inspections of high-purity cathode copper raw materials to real-time monitoring of precision forming processes, and further to pressure resistance, sealing, and cleanliness tests tailored for various application scenarios, the client gained a detailed understanding of GNEE's full-process quality control system in TP1 copper tube manufacturing. Particularly during key stages such as eddy current testing and dimensional accuracy inspections, GNEE showcased automated testing equipment and data recording systems, further strengthening the client's confidence.

In the subsequent seminar, both parties engaged in discussions centered around the client's ongoing high-end commercial air conditioning project. GNEE not only provided standard performance data for TP1 material in refrigeration systems but also proposed a comprehensive solution covering pipeline layout optimization, joint process recommendations, and system maintenance guidelines, tailored to the project's specific needs. By presenting successful application cases of GNEE in large-scale HVAC projects both domestically and internationally, the client gained a more intuitive understanding of TP1 copper tubes' stability and energy efficiency in practical operations.

Both parties agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism to jointly promote the standardization of TP1 copper tube applications in domestic HVAC engineering. The first batch of products will be directly shipped to the client's manufacturing base in East China for use in their new generation of high-efficiency air conditioning systems.
