Recently, a delegation from a major Indonesian water engineering company, a key partner in Southeast Asia, visited the GNEE production base. The two sides engaged in discussions regarding material requirements for municipal water supply and building water systems. The visit provided an on-site demonstration of manufacturing capabilities and quality control, culminating in the successful signing of a bulk procurement agreement for C12200 high-precision copper tubes.
During the visit, the Indonesian clients focused on inspecting the specialized production line for C12200 copper tubes. From incoming inspection of electrolytic copper raw materials compliant with international standards to precision extrusion forming and online eddy current testing processes, as well as various surface treatment techniques designed to meet the needs of different installation scenarios, the clients observed GNEE's stringent control procedures throughout. Particular attention was paid to specialized testing stages such as corrosion resistance testing in chloride environments and connection seal verification, which are directly related to the long-term safe operation of water supply systems.


In response to the characteristics of Indonesia's tropical climate and the upgrading needs of local water supply systems, the GNEE technical team conducted in-depth research and formulated tailored solutions. In addition to demonstrating the performance advantages of C12200 material in areas such as inhibiting bacterial growth and anti-aging properties, the team also provided comprehensive technical service documentation covering pipeline layout optimization, connection process selection, and system maintenance guidelines, based on local water quality characteristics and installation standards. This model of deeply integrating products with localized applications effectively enhanced the executability of the client's project planning.
This collaboration extends beyond product supply, as both parties have agreed to establish a regular technical exchange mechanism to share performance data and application experience of water supply pipeline materials in tropical regions, achieving long-term cooperation. The first batch of products is expected to have been shipped yesterday for use in the urban water supply network upgrade project in the Jakarta area.
