Copper pipe mechanical seal connection method

1) Card sleeve connection: It is a relatively simple construction method. It is simple to operate and easy to master. It is a common connection method in construction. When connecting, as long as the end face of the pipe incision can be kept perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, and the burrs at the incision should be cleaned. Clean, the position of the snap ring is correct when assembling the pipe fittings, and the nut is tightened to achieve a tight connection of the copper pipes. It is mainly suitable for the connection of semi-rigid copper pipes with a diameter of less than 50mm.
2) Plug-in connection: A simple construction method. As long as the end face of the cut can be kept perpendicular to the axis of the pipe and the burrs are removed, the pipe fitting can be inserted to the bottom. This connection method relies on the stainless steel clip in the special pipe fitting. The fixed ring traps the steel wall in the pipe fitting, and uses a О-shaped rubber ring in the pipe fitting that closely matches the outer wall of the copper pipe to implement sealing. It is mainly suitable for connecting copper pipes with a diameter of less than 25mm.
3) Crimping connection: A more advanced construction method and relatively simple operation, but it requires dedicated crimping machinery with complete specifications. When connecting, keep the cut end face of the pipe perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, remove the burrs of the pipe, then insert the pipe into the pipe fitting to the bottom, and then use a crimping machine to crimp the copper pipe and pipe fitting into one body. This connection method uses the rubber ring inside the flange of the pipe fitting to implement sealing. It is mainly suitable for connecting copper pipes with a diameter of less than 50mm.
