1、Classification and selection of copper pipe
Copper tube can be divided into shaped tube and round tube according to its shape. And the shape of the tube can be divided into oval tube, square tube, rectangular tube, triangular tube, hexagonal tube, drop-shaped tube, five-sided tube, outer square and inner round tube, spiral tube, ribbed tube, outer ribbed tube, plum blossom tube and so on.
Copper tube is divided into extruded tube, drawn tube, welded tube, soft tube, semi-hard tube according to the production method and performance. Copper tubes can be divided into purple copper, brass, bronze, and white copper according to alloy composition.
According to the use is divided into condenser tube, air conditioning tube, cooling tube, waveguide tube, oxygen generator tube, aerospace tube, antenna tube and so on.
Different refrigeration and air conditioning systems will have different requirements for copper tubes.
For example, in the multi-connected system, R410A environmentally friendly refrigerant copper pipe selection standards are relatively high:
Copper quality requirements: selection of purple copper pipe, copper content of 99.95% or more.
Wall thickness requirements: minimum wall thickness requirements for domestic central air conditioning R410A refrigerant copper pipe.
2, the current state of supply of copper pipe to the outside world
Copper coil: mainly used for the two main, connecting pipe, fittings and so on. Features: easy to transport, the user in the process of using the length of the limitations.
Mosquito coil: mainly used in the maintenance market. Features:Easy to use.
Straight pipe: mainly used for central air conditioning, connecting pipe. Characteristics: inconvenient transportation, the use of the length of the limitations.
