When faced with the wide variety of brass tubing products available on the market, many users are unsure of how to make a selection. Today, we introduce the most effective method: touch.
Touch is the simplest and most effective way to determine the quality of brass tubing. The process involves using your hands to touch various types of brass, allowing for comparison. While some experienced individuals can assess quality simply by looking, touching is a skill that anyone can learn without requiring special techniques.
Under normal circumstances, high-quality brass tubes should not feel uneven. While the texture may not be described as smooth, it should feel comfortable to the touch and not overly rough. If the texture feels uneven, and the unevenness is noticeable, this indicates that the brass tube contains a higher proportion of other metallic impurities. If there are uneven surfaces, you can observe tiny particles on the surface when viewed up close. These are very small impurities, indicating that the manufacturer used outdated extraction methods during production, resulting in insufficient pure copper content.
Brass tubing is a commonly used material in daily life. During selection, users can use their sense of touch to simply assess the quality of the brass tubing.
The company has a cluster of leading copper processing production lines in China, including:
German imported precision copper tube production line (annual output of 30,000 tons)
Japanese technology copper foil rolling line (thinnest up to 6μm)
Fully automatic copper bar continuous extrusion line
Intelligent copper sheet and strip finishing mill unit
Digitalized control and management of the whole production process is realized through MES system, and the dimensional accuracy of the products can reach ±0.01mm.
