TC4 Titanium Alloy
TC4 is the abbreviation of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, which is mainly composed of titanium (90%), aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%), and belongs to α+β type duplex titanium alloy, which can be significantly strengthened by heat treatment.

The density is about 4.4g/cm³, only 1/2 of steel and 1.7 times of aluminum, and the tensile strength can be up to 900-1000MPa, which is suitable for the fields with high demand for weight reduction.

High temperature resistance
Short-term can be used up to 500, long-term working temperature range of -55~315, suitable for aviation engine parts.

Non-toxic, no allergic reaction, widely used in artificial joints, bone nails and other medical implants.
