Brass C28000 Tubes

Brass C28000 Tubes is one of the highest selling products from our production house. Brass C28000 is also known as Muntz metal. It is a yellow base copper-zinc alloy with light brown gold color having 62% to 65% of Cu and remaining Zn with very little addition of lead and iron. It has excellent tensile and yield strength and can elongate up to 25%. It has a unique color match to architectural bronze, C38500. It offers excellent resistance to spot and butt corrosion. It has excellent soldering and brazing ability. It also has proper flaring and bending properties, drawability, machinability, and is suitable for plating. It offers commendable mechanical properties like high ductility, high impact strength, high electrical and thermal conductivity, and low volatility under high vacuum. Application areas for Brass Alloy C28000 Tubing include heat exchangers, refineries, power plants, desalination plants, shipbuilding and repairs, condensers, ferrules distillers.
