UNS C70600 is a 90% copper and 10% nickel alloy with tiny traces of other elements such as iron and manganese.
C70600 copper-nickel is a copper-nickel alloy formulated for primary forming into wrought products. CW352H is the EN numeric designation for this material. C70600 is the UNS number. Additionally, the EN chemical designation is CuNi10Fe1Mn. The British Standard (BS) designation is CN102. And the common industry name is Cupronickel 10.
C70600 Copper-Nickel Tubes (CuNi 90/10) are high-strength, corrosion-resistant tubing solutions composed of 90% copper and 10% nickel, with small amounts of iron and manganese for enhanced seawater corrosion resistance, biofouling resistance, and durability. These tubes are widely used in marine, offshore, power generation, and industrial applications due to their excellent mechanical properties and longevity in harsh environments.
