Ordinary brass:

H96: Higher strength than copper (but it is the lowest among ordinary brasses), good thermal and electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water, good plasticity, easy cold and hot pressure processing, easy welding, forging and tinning, no tendency to stress corrosion cracking;

Used as conduits, condensers, radiator tubes, radiators, automobile water tank belts and conductive parts in general machinery manufacturing;

H90: Similar performance to H96, but slightly higher strength than H96, can be plated with metal and coated with enamel;

Water supply and drainage pipes, medals, artworks, water tank belts and bimetallic sheets;

H85: Has high strength, good plasticity, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well, and has good welding and corrosion resistance;

Condensation and heat dissipation pipes, siphons, serpentine pipes, cooling equipment parts;

H80: Performance and H85 Similar, but with higher strength and better performance, and has higher corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water;

Papermaking nets, thin-walled tubes, corrugated tubes and house building supplies;

H70, H68, H68A: have extremely good plasticity (the best among brasses) and high strength, good machinability, easy welding, very stable to general corrosion, but prone to corrosion cracking. H68 is the most widely used variety of ordinary yellow steel. H68A contains a trace amount of arsenic (As), which can prevent brass from dezincification and improve the corrosion resistance of brass.

Complex cold stamping and deep stamping parts, such as radiator shells, conduits, bellows, shells, gaskets, detonators, etc.;

H65: Performance is between H68 and H62, and the price is higher than H68 Cheap, also has high strength and plasticity, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well, and has a tendency to corrode and crack;

H63, H62: have good mechanical properties, good plasticity in hot state, plasticity in cold state, good machinability, easy brazing and welding, corrosion resistance, but prone to corrosion and cracking, in addition, cheap, is a common brass variety with wide application;

All kinds of deep extension and bending parts, such as pins, rivets, washers, nuts, conduits, pressure gauge springs, screens, radiator parts;

H59: the cheapest price, high strength, hardness and poor plasticity, but can still withstand pressure processing well in hot state, general corrosion resistance, other properties are similar to H62;

General machine parts, welded parts, hot stamping and hot rolling parts.
