110 copper alloy is a highly popular copper alloy, widely used for its excellent corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and good surface finish. It is the most conductive metal after silver. When exposed to natural environments, it forms a relatively impermeable thin protective layer.
Compared to 12L14 steel, 110 copper alloy has a machining cost factor of 3.0. It is well-suited for hot forming, cold forming, and welding. However, 110 copper alloy is not easily welded or brazed.
