How to distinguish copper materials and their uses
Copper materials can be simply divided into two categories, one of which is pure copper, and the other is composed of various copper alloys.
What is copper alloy? According to the explanation of Baidu Library, alloy is a substance with metallic properties synthesized by two or more metals and metals or non-metals through a certain method. Therefore, it is widely used in the manufacture of busbars, conductive strips, waveguides, coaxial cables, vacuum seals, vacuum tubes, transistor components, etc.; usually, the copper we refer to refers to copper content of more than 99.95%, and there must be only a very small amount of impurities, because the purity of copper is very high, so the conductivity of copper is greatly reduced compared with other copper materials. Copper is widely used in the manufacture of electrical equipment and heat exchangers such as generators, busbars, cables, switchgear, transformers, etc.; the copper content of phosphorus deoxidized copper reaches more than 99.90%, and it has good welding and cold bending properties. It is widely used in the manufacture of gasoline or gas transmission pipes, drain pipes, condenser pipes, mine pipes, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and train box parts.
