Copper tube is an important raw material for refrigeration equipment. It has two main uses: ① to make heat exchangers. Such as the commonly used evaporator and condenser, commonly known as "two devices"; ② to make connecting pipes and pipe fittings. Regardless of the use, it is a channel for refrigerants, and its role is very important. On the one hand, copper tube manufacturers are required to provide high-quality copper tubes, and on the other hand, air-conditioning and refrigeration companies are required to use copper tubes properly.

1. Classification and material selection of copper tubes

Copper tubes can be divided into shaped tubes and round tubes according to their shapes. Shaped tubes can be divided into elliptical tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, triangular tubes, hexagonal tubes, drop-shaped tubes, pentagonal tubes, outer square and inner round tubes, spiral tubes, inner rib tubes, outer rib tubes, plum blossom tubes, etc.
Copper tubes are divided into extruded tubes, drawn tubes, welded tubes, hoses, and semi-hard tubes according to production methods and performance. Copper tubes can be divided into red copper tubes, brass tubes, bronze tubes, and white copper tubes according to alloy composition.
According to the purpose, it is divided into condenser tubes, air conditioning tubes, heat dissipation tubes, waveguide tubes, oxygen generator tubes, aerospace tubes, antenna tubes, etc.
Different refrigeration and air conditioning systems have different requirements for copper tubes.

Copper quality requirements: Select red copper tubes with a copper content of more than 99.95%.
Wall thickness requirements: Minimum wall thickness requirements for household central air conditioning R410A refrigerant copper tubes.
2. Current external supply status of copper tubes
Copper coils: Mainly used for two-device main pipes, connecting pipes, pipe fittings, etc. Features: Convenient transportation, users are not restricted by length during use.
Mosquito coils: Mainly used in the maintenance market. Features: Easy to use.
Straight tubes: Mainly used for central air conditioning and connecting pipes. Features: Inconvenient transportation, and there are length limitations in use.

1. Extrusion process
