Properties and Application of ZCuAl9Mn2(QAL9-2) Aluminum Bronze



CuAl9Mn2 (QAL9-2) aluminum bronze has good mechanical properties, and its tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are relatively high. At room temperature, its tensile strength can reach more than 300MPa, its yield strength can reach about 150MPa, and its elongation can reach more than 10%. In addition, CuAl9Mn2 aluminum bronze also has excellent cutting performance, and can be used for drilling, tapping, milling and other processing operations.
CuAl9Mn2 aluminum bronze has good corrosion resistance and can be used in seawater and salt spray environments. In corrosive media, CuAl9Mn2 aluminum bronze can effectively resist corrosion and extend the service life of equipment.
