Roughly classified according to manufacturing methods, copper can be divided into rolled copper products and cast products, among which rolled copper products can be divided into the following categories. The shapes of rolled copper include plates, strips, rods, wires, tubes, busbars, etc.

pure copper

There is oxygen-free copper, tough copper, and deoxidized copper, and the difference between these three types is the amount of oxygen they contain due to their manufacturing method. Copper has a purity of over 99.9% and has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, but its strength is weaker than other metals.

High copper alloy

Alloys with high copper content, such as beryllium copper, titanium copper, zirconium copper, tin-containing copper, ferrous copper, and Corson alloys, increase strength without significantly compromising copper's inherently high electrical and thermal conductivity. However, in order to improve mechanical properties, the amount of added elements is increased, and as a result, the electrical conductivity tends to decrease. Some have high strength above 685N/mm2, and some have high recrystallization strength and excellent heat resistance.

brass (brass)

Brass (also known as brass) is known as the most commonly used copper. There are red bronze, detonator brass, 73 brass, 64 brass, 65:35 brass, free cutting brass, navy brass, admiralty brass, aluminum brass, high strength brass, etc. The base is copper zinc alloy. Pb, Sn, Al, etc. are then added to make each material unique.

bronze

There are "tin bronze" which is a Cu-Sn copper alloy, "phosphorus bronze" with a small amount of "phosphorus" (P) added, free-cutting phosphorus bronze, aluminum bronze, etc.

Copper-nickel alloy

Copper-nickel alloys include white copper, white copper, nickel silver, fast-cut nickel silver, etc. As you can easily imagine from the word "white" above, these are white copper alloys.
