Copper pipe welding method
There are two main types of copper pipe welding methods: gas welding and electric welding.
Gas welding
You need to use oxyacetylene flame to heat the copper pipe to the right temperature, and then use copper welding wire to weld. This method is simple to operate, does not require much equipment, and can be used outdoors. Electric welding

This method can be operated indoors, but requires some special equipment, such as an electric welder and copper welding wire. The operation is a little more complicated and requires some skills.

1, clean copper pipe: welding must be clean before the surface of the copper pipe, copper wire can be fully melted and adhesion. Commonly used cleaning method is to gently wipe the surface of the copper pipe with a steel wire ball.
2, adjust the temperature: before welding to determine the appropriate welding temperature, based on the thickness of the copper pipe wall and welding process. If the temperature is too high or the welding time is too long, the copper pipe will become fragile.
3, choose the right welding wire: copper welding wire according to different copper pipe thickness, need to choose different diameter welding wire. In use, the copper welding wire should be evenly heated to the melting state, so that it can be evenly wetted to the surface of the copper pipe.

5, protection of welding parts: after welding must be welded to protect the welding parts, so as to avoid the occurrence of reactions and leakage in the welded parts and so on. Commonly used method is to use welding adhesive or lime powder and other substances to be coated.
