Research on the causes of inner wall corrosion of copper alloy condenser tubes
1 Overview
The brass and cupronickel condenser tubes produced by a copper alloy manufacturer corroded during use in Shizuishan Power Plant. The corrosion conditions were different due to different usage conditions. The causes of corrosion of the brass and cupronickel condenser tubes were studied, and improvements were proposed on this basis. suggestions.
2. Relevant conditions before using the copper condenser tube
● The brass tube grade is HSn70-1B. It is produced using medium frequency induction melting-horizontal continuous casting-reverse extrusion-stretching-annealing-process. The composition, tensile mechanical properties and ammonia fumigation test are tested before leaving the factory. The alloy composition and tensile mechanical properties are shown in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively. The composition and properties comply with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 8890-1998.
The grade of white copper tube is BFe-30-1-1. The production process is the same as that of brass tube. It has been tested for composition, tensile mechanical properties and ammonia fumigation test before leaving the factory. The alloy composition and tensile mechanical properties are shown in Table 3 and Table 4, composition and performance meet the requirements of national standard GB/T 8890-1998.
