ZCuAl10Fe3 and ZQAl9Fe4 are different expressions under the new and old standards, and there is little difference between the two in terms of chemical composition and physical properties. ZCuAl10Fe3 is the new standard implemented after the GB/T1176-1987 version, and ZQAl9Fe4 is the old standard before GB1176-1974.

Main characteristics: It has high mechanical properties, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can be welded, not easy to braze, and large castings can be air-cooled from 700°C to prevent brittleness.

Application examples: Heavy castings that require high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, such as sleeves, nuts, worm gears, and pipe fittings working below 250°C.
